Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://n1carpetandflooringllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, N1 Carpet and Flooring LLC markets and arranges Carpet Installation, Flooring Contractor, Commercial Flooring, Floor Repair, Lvp Flooring Installation, Hardwood Flooring Installation, Flooring Installation, Vinyl Plank Flooring. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. N1 Carpet and Flooring LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. N1 Carpet and Flooring LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. N1 Carpet and Flooring LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless N1 Carpet and Flooring LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under DE law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in DE for any related dispute.
